Become A Member

MEMBERSHIP DUES & FEES

Full Membership – Annual membership dues are $120 plus a one-time Member Fee of $10. Annual dues must be paid within the calendar year after becoming a member. Membership fee will be collected upon declaration of membership.

Associate / Supporting Members – will pay a membership fee of $10.00 per year.

 

Additional Fees (Full Members Only)

Bereavement – Full member who transition, the community association shall collect a fixed amount of $50.00 from each full member to be given to the bereaved family.

Wedding – For any active full member who is getting married or celebrating their wedding anniversary, the association shall collect a fixed amount of $25.00 from each full member to be given to the couple.

Childbirth – For any active full member who gives birth to a child, the association shall collect a fixed amount of $10.00 from each full member to be given to the person or persons.

Graduation – For any active full member who graduates high school, undergraduate, graduate, or post-graduate school, the association shall collect a fixed amount of $10.00 from each full member to be given to the person or persons.
